About the Role
As Business Development & Territory Manager, you’ll play a central role in expanding the company’s global presence. You’ll identify and secure new distribution partners, lead negotiations, and manage long-term commercial relationships to ensure growth and profitability across assigned regions.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine strategic thinking with practical execution — from closing deals and supporting product launches to coaching partners and monitoring performance in the field. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape market strategy and ensure the company’s products achieve maximum visibility and success.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement business strategies that drive international revenue growth and long-term profitability.
* Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
* Lead partner negotiations and manage the full business development cycle from prospecting to contract signing and commercial launch.
* Support registration and market entry processes in collaboration with regulatory and commercial teams.
* Train and guide partners’ sales teams, ensuring consistent product messaging and performance.
* Manage and strengthen existing partner relationships, monitoring commercial outcomes and implementing corrective actions where needed.
* Represent the company at international congresses, events, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including regulatory, manufacturing, and quality to ensure smooth market operations.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and insights for effective supply chain and commercial planning.
About You
* University degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
* Experience in Business Development and/or Account Management within the pharmaceutical or medical device sector.
* Proven track record of securing partnerships and driving revenue growth in international markets.
* Hands-on mindset - comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership in a lean, fast-moving environment.
* Experience in orthopaedics or osteoarthritis is a strong advantage.
* Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
* Fluent in English; French or Spanish are a plus.
