We are looking for a talented and passionate Project Manager to lead the development of new, disruptive products alongside our clients and a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers.
Responsibilities
* Lead the project from the initial idea through concept design, prototyping, testing, and industrialization to final production.
* Plan and manage the entire project, including timeline, resource allocation, and financial follow‑up.
* Maintain and update project plans, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, understanding their needs and steering the project toward the optimal innovative solution.
* Coordinate project resources, including internal team members, partners, suppliers, and freelancers.
* Oversee conformity testing of concepts, prototypes, and pilot production to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
* Promote company values and standards within the project team.
Requirements
* Higher degree in Engineering (mechanics or related field).
* Several years of experience as a project engineer or project manager in technical, interdisciplinary product development, preferably within a design/engineering agency or similar innovation‑driven environment.
* A blend of strong technical expertise and solid project management skills.
* Knowledge of ISO 13485, MDD and preferably MDR is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing plans; ability to handle pressure in a dynamic product development setting.
