For one of our customers in Liège, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer.The Technical Support Engineer will be involved in this new Special Projects area. In this role, the Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in several key areas:
~ Product design, Cost efficiency, Assembly process optimization, Supply chain challenges
End-to-End Digital Maturity on Asset Data Management
Ensuring every connected outdoor lighting solution is provided with robust asset data
Daily tracking and tracing of asset data uploads to the platform
Cost Savings and Productivity (in close collaboration with all plants and subcontractors)
Assisting commercial entities in preparing competitive offers for large-volume contracts
Ensuring the best technical and financial offer proposals
Collaborating with commercial teams worldwide
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering or related field)
~3–5 years of experience in a technical engineering role
~ Experience in cost engineering and value engineering
~ Languages: English (C1 level)
