At Datashift, we turn data into valuable insights. Within our rapidly growing Data Governance practice, we are looking for a Junior Solution Architect who is eager to grow into a key role in designing future-proof data governance solutions.
Your Role
As a Junior Solution Architect in the Data Governance domain, you’ll have the opportunity to grow under the guidance of experienced colleagues. You’ll contribute to designing solutions that help organizations gain control over their data, stay compliant, and unlock its full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the design of data governance architectures (e.g. data cataloging, metadata management, data quality, lineage...).
* Assisting in the implementation of tools such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra, or Informatica.
* Guiding clients through their data governance maturity journey.
* Learning how to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Actively participating in workshops, analyses, and proof-of-concepts.
* Gradually taking on more responsibility within projects.
What We Expect From You
* 1–3 years of experience in data consultancy, engineering, or analysis.
* A strong interest in data governance and the ambition to grow in this field.
* Basic knowledge of data management concepts (metadata, data quality, compliance...).
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* A proactive and eager-to-learn mindset.
* Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English.
