Project Manager Traction Systems & Services - English/French - ALTEN Belgium
The Position
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our teams and work on client projects located in Charleroi.
As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
* Drive project execution according to QCD objectives
* Lead and coordinate transversal project teams
* Serve as the main customer contact, managing communication and expectations
* Prepare and lead monthly project reviews (planning, financial dashboards, KPIs)
* Anticipate and manage project risks, conflicts, and crisis situations
* Ensure reporting accuracy and propose corrective action plans
* Support the Customer Account Leader in managing profitability and project margins
* Promote continuous improvement and alignment with Alstom's business objectives
Your profile:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
* Experience in industrial environments (rail, energy, aerospace, or similar)
* Proven success managing transversal teams and coordinating complex projects
* Business-oriented mindset, able to balance technical aspects with financial and strategic priorities
* You have good communication skills in English and French
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
