Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a UX Designer, based in Brussels, with flexibility for remote work. The UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-centric digital experiences. Responsibilities include conducting user research, developing prototypes, iterating on designs based on feedback, and creating intuitive user interfaces. The role requires a balance of creative design expertise with strategic thinking and problem-solving to ensure impactful user experiences.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research to understand user needs and develop innovative solutions
* Strong skills in User Experience (UX) design and Prototyping to create functional and user-friendly interfaces
* Experience in Visual Design to ensure aesthetic and effective design outcomes
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas effectively
* Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms
* Knowledge of usability principles and best practices, with a focus on accessibility
* Prior experience in designing for digital transformation projects is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or related fields
