* Act as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring professional and solution-oriented support
* Manage the full order-to-cash process, from order entry to invoicing and follow-up
* Coordinate closely with internal teams such as sales, supply chain, finance, and logistics
* Monitor orders, deliveries, and potential issues, proactively identifying solutions
* Analyze customer and operational data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
* Contribute to internal projects related to process optimization, system improvements, or customer experience
* Support the implementation and correct use of tools and procedures (including ERP systems)
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, management, or a related field
* Strong customer-oriented mindset combined with analytical thinking
* Fluent in Dutch and French (both spoken and written); good knowledge of English is an asset
* Comfortable working with systems and data; SAP knowledge is a strong plus
* Structured, accurate, and able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
* Interest in project coordination and process improvement, with growth potential in this area
