This role in summary
As a Brand Marketeer, you are responsible for leading the brand communications team in continually enhancing a particular brand image; increasing brand awareness and preferences, and providing sales support through advertisements, media, point-of sale, partnerships, digital and social strategy, PR, product training, media relations and events.
Your responsibilities will include
* Coordinating content including blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
* Gatekeepers of community management & marketing mailbox.
* Align upon and monitor POS strategy in the market (including shop-in-shop displays).
* Ensure that all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines.
* Execute local media plan.
* Plan PR activities and manage relationships with local journalists/stakeholders.
* Owner of internal showroom & mobile showroom (truck).
* Coordinate external national (non-TP specific) and internal fairs & events.
* Develop stands for fairs and events and support with branding.
* Efficient and effective budget management.
* Coordinate ambassador and influencer strategy.
* Coordinate internal & external communication.
* Coordinate communication with relevant marketing agency.
* Define and monitor brand KPIs.
* Sell-out consumer promotions & partnerships (ex P&G, GreenPan).
Minimum requirements
* 4+ years of experience in a similar marketing role
* Strong consumer & shopper insight and experience in marketing strategy & planning
* Experience working with marketing agencies (client or agency side)
* Experience/knowledge with media landscape
* Analytical, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset
* Strong communication and project management skills
* Fluent in Dutch, English and French is a big plus!
