As a Site HR Partner for the Solvay sites in Linne-Herten (NL) and Zandvliet (BE), covering approximately 150 employees, you contribute to the onboarding and development of talents, the daily management of the workforce, and maintaining a positive dynamic within the teams, as well as a constructive social dialogue. You will be on-site at Linne-Herten and Zandvliet at least once a week and maintain regular contact with colleagues at the Head Office in Brussels. You will be responsible for:* Local HR and Legal Expertise: Monitoring HR legislation and regulations within your scope and updating local HR policy regarding employment, training, employer branding, compensation & benefits, etc.* Engagement and Transformation: Supporting and locally developing HR projects and development initiatives driven by the Global Business Unit Peroxides and Corporate Solvay.* On-site Guidance: Providing support to employees and managers within the modernized HR organization, which consists of Corporate HR, Site HR, and a Shared Service Center (including payroll).* Social Relations: Maintaining dialogue with employee representatives and local social institutions.* Negotiation and implementation of collective labor agreements.We offer a full-time permanent contract, based on a hybrid working model, requiring your presence in Linne - Herten & Zandvliet at least once a week.## About You* Education and degree in social law or human resources, or equivalent through experience.* Relevant work experience in HR, preferably in an industrial environment, with knowledge of Dutch and Belgian social law.* **Skills:** + Excellent command of Dutch. While the expected base salary for this position in Belgium/the Netherlands is between € 65,000 and € 85,000, the salary may ultimately be higher or lower depending on your skills and experience.
