ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Associate Director Commercial Planning to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, orchestrating our sales planning, commercial investments, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead seamlessly the Commercial Planning and Commercial Excellence agendas, orchestrating strategy, execution, and performance with a focus on sustainable growth and operational efficiency;
* Orchestrate strategic and operational sales planning by channel and category, ensuring alignment with company guidelines;
* Ensure continuous tracking of performance versus plan, identifying deviations and leading corrective action plans;
* Connect company planning with Trade Marketing, S&OP, and Sales areas, ensuring alignment between demand, execution, and commercial objectives;
* Ensure consistency across goals, forecasting, and market execution;
* Lead the strategy and governance of commercial investments, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI;
* Implement discipline and visibility over budget and investment execution;
* Lead the Business Intelligence agenda, ensuring insight generation and analytical evolution;
* Ensure governance and evolution of commercial dashboards and KPIs;
* Define the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy by channel, region, and client, implementing models and policies;
* Structure and lead strategic commercial projects;
* Act as an integrator across key areas: Sales / Trade / Supply / Finance;
* Support leadership in decision-making based on KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS
* 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial planning, sales operations, trade marketing, sales, revenue management, or related areas;
* Experience in an FMCG environment with a high volume of SKUs and diverse distribution channels;
* Analytical and generalist profile with a strong understanding of sales performance indicators;
* Knowledge and experience in KPI modeling for sales management;
* Strong communication skills across diverse audiences and different seniority levels;
* Strong people management skills, managing 5 direct reports (~30 people total);
* Fluent English;
* Knowledge of sales CRM is a plus / desirable.
