Your position
Responsibilities
As a Reception & Administrative Support Intern, you will assist the reception team in delivering a high-quality experience to clients, visitors, and internal staff. Your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming and assisting visitors and employees at the reception desk
* Managing incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
* Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring proper setup
* Preparing and serving beverages (coffee, tea, water) for meetings and events
* Supporting administrative tasks such as filing, mail handling, and supply orders
* Assisting with internal events logistics (room setup, coordination, guest support)
* Collaborating with Horeca and Facilities teams to ensure smooth daily operations
* You will report to the Hospitality Management Lead and interact with various departments to ensure a professional and efficient front-office experience.
Your profile
We Are Looking For a Motivated And Well-presented Intern With a Strong Sense Of Service And Attention To Detail. The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Studies in administration, hospitality, communication, tourism, or a related field
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluency in French and Dutch; English is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* A proactive attitude, team spirit, and professional discretion
* Availability: ideally full-time or minimum 4 days/week
