As an administrative professional, your primary role will be to support the smooth operation of our business. This position involves providing exceptional administrative services, including managing customer files, handling all mail and emails, organizing meetings, preparing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer files and maintain up-to-date records
* Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and emails
* Organize diaries and arrange meetings with stakeholders
* Prepare and follow up on various transactions
* Coordinate the distribution of documentation as requested by clients
* Maintain a tidy and well-organized filing system
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Proven experience in an administrative role, such as management assistant, PA, or executive assistant
* Proficiency in French or Dutch (B2+ minimum) and good knowledge of the other national language; English proficiency is a plus
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
* Desire to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
