Mission
* You lead projects related to Spent Fuel Management (SFM), safety studies, and installation design/modifications
* You manage scope, planning, budget, quality, profitability, HSE, and nuclear safety
* You set up the project organisation, allocate tasks, and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams
* You collaborate closely with internal departments (procurement, finance, risk, etc.)
* You manage client relationships, meetings, and technical/commercial interfaces
* You oversee procurement activities (tendering, negotiation, contracting, invoicing)
* You participate in project and steering committees and ensure structured reporting
* You ensure alignment with the overall SFM strategy
Profile
* You hold a Master's degree in Engineering with 10–15 years of experience, including 5+ years in project management
* You have Belgian nuclear site clearance; knowledge of Doel and Tihange is an asset
* You have a background in safety studies and/or installation design/modification (a plus)
* Your native language is French or Dutch; you have good English skills
* You demonstrate strong leadership, organisation, and decision-making abilities
* You are result-oriented, client-focused, and performance-driven
* You have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
* You are based in Brussels and willing to travel to nuclear sites and occasionally abroad
