PROJECT MANAGER - GEEL (BELGIUM) - PERMANENT POSITIONWe're currently recruiting a Project Manager to join an established provider of technical solutions, delivering projects that range from standard products to fully customised, end-to-end installations. With a strong combination of in-house engineering expertise, experienced technical teams, and dedicated service support, the organisation is known for delivering high-quality and cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs.Projects are managed across the full lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to installation and commissioning on-site, supporting a diverse international customer base across multiple industries.In this role, you will act as the central point of contact throughout the execution of projects, ensuring effective coordination between internal teams, clients, and external partners. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring costs remain within approved limits and identifying deviations at an early stageCreate detailed project plans, define key milestones, allocate resources effectively, and continuously update timelines to reflect project progressTrack project performance against scope, budget, and deadlines; proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategiesRespond effectively to unforeseen challenges, coordinating with stakeholders to implement practical and timely solutionsOrganise and lead meetings with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelinesMaintain clear and accurate project documentation, report on progress, and ensure timely follow-up of action pointsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth collaborationEnsure clear, structured, and proactive communication across all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical fieldPrevious experience in a similar project management role is preferredSolid technical understanding and the ability to quickly grasp complex systemsWell-organised, structured, and able to manage multiple prioritiesAnalytical mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approachResilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environmentCustomer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an advantageThe Offer:A permanent, full-time employment contractA salary & benefits package commensurate with experiencePlease send over your CV to tom.walker@vividresourcing.com or call me on +32 (0) 3 318 00 74.
