You will be responsible for managing and coordinating change and release activities across the IT landscape, ensuring that all changes are implemented in a controlled, structured, and risk-aware manner, with minimal disruption to business operations.br/

liManage the end-to-end change management process (RFCs, approvals, follow-up) /li
liOrganize and lead Change Advisory Boards (CAB) /li
liPlan and coordinate releases and deployments across multiple teams /li
liPerform risk and impact assessments on changes /li
liEnsure compliance with processes and maintain proper documentation /li
liCollaborate closely with development, testing, and operations teams /li
liDrive continuous improvement of change release processes /li
liMonitor KPIs, incidents, and success rates of changes/releases /li

liProven experience in Change, Release, or Service Management /li
liStrong knowledge of ITIL processes /li
liExperience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, ...) /li
liFamiliarity with Agile and/or DevOps environments /li
liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /li
liProactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset /li
liFluent in Dutch, French, and English /li
