We develop a range of dual-clutch hybrid and conventional transmissions designed to deliver high performance, improved fuel efficiency, and reduced CO₂ emissions while remaining cost-effective.
We are currently looking for a motivated Business Analyst & Power Platform Developer to join our team. In this role, you will combine business analysis expertise with hands-on development skills to translate operational needs into scalable data, reporting, and automation solutions.
You will work closely with SAP ECC data, data lake environments, and Microsoft Power Platform tools to enable reliable reporting, process optimization, and continuous improvement across operations.
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
* Lead workshops and discussions with stakeholders across operations, planning, and finance
* Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
* Manage and prioritize backlog in an Agile environment (user stories, sprint planning)
* Act as the main interface between business users and technical/data teams
Power Platform & Power BI Development (Hands-on)
* Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards (data modeling, DAX, KPIs, performance optimization)
* Build Power Apps to support operational processes and user interactions
* Develop Power Automate workflows (alerts, approvals, system integrations)
* Deliver end-to-end solutions from analysis through deployment
Data Management & Transformation
* Work with SAP ECC data (direct extraction or via data lake)
* Define and implement data transformations aligned with business rules (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers)
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability for reporting purposes
* Collaborate with data engineering teams on data ingestion and architecture
Excel & Legacy Tools Optimization
* Maintain and improve advanced Excel/VBA-based tools where necessary
* Support the transition from manual and local solutions toward automated platforms
Continuous Improvement & Delivery Acceleration
* Apply Agile methodologies to ensure iterative and fast delivery
* Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
* Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate development, improve efficiency, and enhance solution quality
Documentation & User Adoption
* Document requirements, data models, and implemented solutions
* Support user adoption through training, guidance, and clear communication
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong experience in business analysis and stakeholder management xphnsxz
* Agile experience with backlog ownership and iterative delivery
* Hands-on expertise in:
-Power BI (advanced DAX, data modeling, performance tuning)
-Power Apps
-Power Automate
* Solid understanding of SAP ECC data structures and reporting logic
* Advanced Excel and VBA skills
* Good knowledge of SQL and data transformation concepts
* Experience with data lake environments and layered architectures (Bronze/Silver/Gold) is a plus
* Familiarity with or willingness to use Generative AI tools in development workflows
* Strong communication skills and ability to bridge business and technical domains
* Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
* Ability to work in a highly collaborative operational environment (on-site presence required 5 days per week)
