Clinical Supply Chain Logistics Integrator (Pharma R&D / E2E Clinical Distribution)

Job Description
As a Clinical Supply Chain Logistics Integrator, you will join the Discovery, Product Development & Supply organization within a global leading pharmaceutical company's R&D division in Beerse, Belgium.
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end (E2E) logistics support across API, Drug Product (DP), and finished clinical kits for assigned clinical compounds. You will play a key role in ensuring timely, compliant, and efficient clinical supply distribution across global sites, partnering closely with cross-functional supply chain, quality, compliance, and operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
E2E Clinical Logistics Set-Up (Start-Up Phase)
* Advise on country importation requirements and coordinate import readiness for API, DP, and finished kits.
* Coordinate E2E trade compliance activities (HTS codes, product values, IPPF process, customs documentation).
* Develop kits distribution and depot strategy with Trial Supply Managers and ensure depot readiness.
* Provide accurate shipping instructions to distribution centers for all outbound API, DP, and kits shipments.
Transactional Logistics Activities (Finished Kits)
* Perform track & trace for all finished kits shipments.
* Review, challenge, and approve depot invoices.
* Maintain and manage the distribution budget, proactively addressing gaps between forecasts and actuals.
Issue & Risk Management (E2E)
* Lead logistics issue resolution for assigned compounds, including quality event investigations for finished kits.
* Support issue resolution activities for API/DP logistics (with guidance).
Essential Skills
* 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally in pharmaceutical distribution or clinical supply chain.
* Strong operational mindset and ability to work under high pressure with tight timelines.
* Knowledge of distribution, transportation, and import/export logistics.
* Familiarity with ambient, cold-chain, or frozen clinical supply distribution is an advantage.
* Understanding of global customs requirements is a plus.
* Demonstrated experience with LEAN ways of working is beneficial.
* Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
* Affinity with budgeting, PO processes, MSA/SLA, and cost management.
* General understanding of GxP principles.
* Languages: Fluent English required; Dutch is a strong advantage
