Job Description
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Director, FM Sub Regional Lead in Belgium. The role involves overseeing facilities management services across the region, ensuring alignment with global standards, managing vendor relationships, and leading site and regional teams.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in facilities management, especially within manufacturing sites, and familiarity with outsourced facilities organizations across Supply Chain and Non-Supply Chain sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive standardized FM services within Belgium, coordinating with regional peers
* Develop strategic partnerships with business sectors at the site level
* Manage relationships with outsourced vendors and resolve issues
* Align global FM and E&PS strategies with regional needs
* Lead and develop regional and site leads, ensuring succession planning
* Oversee business continuity and infrastructure programs
* Participate in governance forums and ensure regulatory compliance
* Implement and monitor FM strategies and programs, analyze performance metrics
* Champion strategic initiatives within FM and E&PS
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; Master’s preferred
* 10+ years in facilities or related operations
* Strong management, technical, risk, safety, and compliance skills
* Knowledge of business strategy and infrastructure planning
* Fluency in Dutch and English
Preferred
* Advanced degrees and certifications (e.g., MCR, SLCR)
* Experience in complex, multinational environments with manufacturing and non-manufacturing sites
