Choose Your Path – Explore Our Wholesale Banking Domains The International Talent Programme (ITP) in Wholesale Banking offers three six-month rotations over 18 months, giving you hands-on experience across key corporate and investment banking domains. You’ll complete two rotations in Brussels in areas like Real Estate, Energy, Lending, or Sustainable Finance, with the option to spend one rotation abroad. After the programme, you’ll move into a permanent role at ING Brussels to deepen your expertise in your chosen field. What You’ll Bring – Core Competencies No matter your specialisation, we’re looking for individuals who demonstrate: Financial acumen : You hold a master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Investment, Engineering, or a related field, and have a strong interest in corporate and investment banking. Client focus : You’re motivated to help large corporates and financial institutions succeed, and you understand the importance of tailored financial solutions. Global mindset : You’ve gained international or extracurricular experience and are eager to work across borders. You’re fluent in English—Dutch or French is a plus and opens doors to more teams and roles.
