* Drives the adoption of Microsoft Teams as the primary communication tool, reducing reliance on internal email and improving collaboration practices
* Provides day-to-day functional support on Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for a large, multi-unit organization (50+ teams), handling user issues, questions, and best practices
* Designs, builds, and maintains SharePoint sites for both internal use and external collaboration (including stakeholders such as public authorities, experts, and contractors)
* Develops and implements workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, primarily Power Automate, to streamline business processes
* Analyses existing processes and identifies opportunities for digitalization and efficiency improvements
* Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to translate business needs into practical digital solutions
* Prepares and delivers user trainings and guidance materials to increase adoption of collaboration tools and digital ways of working
* Proven experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint (administration, support, and site creation)
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate
* Experience supporting a large user base in a complex organization
* Strong understanding of digital workplace tools and collaboration best practices
* Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Experience in delivering user trainings or onboarding sessions is an asset
