The Role We're looking for a Senior 3D Motion Designer who can create high-converting paid social ads using 3D and motion .
You understand both design craft and performance marketing. You can take a product and turn it into a compelling, scroll-stopping creative using a mix of 3D rendering, motion, and clean design systems .
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced creative production, thrives on iteration, and wants to build ads that reach and convert millions of users every week .
What You'll Do Create high-performing 3D + motion ads for paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snap)
Design and animate product-focused creatives that highlight features, benefits, and offers clearly
Translate briefs into multiple variations across different hooks, formats, and angles
Build clean 3D product renders and scenes that align with brand aesthetics
Combine 3D, motion, and typography into conversion-focused ad creative
Work within brand systems while keeping creatives visually sharp and performance-driven
Collaborate with media buyers and strategists to iterate on winning concepts
Produce high-volume creative testing packages while maintaining strong quality
Continuously refine work based on performance data and testing insights
What Makes You a Great Fit 3+ years creating paid social ads for ecommerce brands
Strong portfolio featuring 3D + motion work used in ads, not just cinematic or abstract pieces
Proficiency in Blender or Cinema 4D and After Effects
Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
You understand what makes ads convert: clear product focus, strong hooks, and offer clarity
You can produce multiple high-quality variations quickly without sacrificing craft
You have a strong point of view on design and can defend your decisions while staying performance-driven
You understand pacing, rhythm, and sound design as part of how ads communicate
You can concept original ideas, not just execute briefs
You actively study what’s working on-feed - pulling references, analyzing competitors, and bringing fresh ideas into creative
You can adapt your design sensibility across different brand systems and aesthetics (luxury to mass)
