Your role:
The Maintenance Technician resolves technical issues to ensure that machines, tools, and the building remain operational at all times, while guaranteeing the safety of users.
*Repairing machines and equipment in the workshop by identifying defects,
diagnosing issues, and finding solutions;
*Maintaining and repairing tools used for aircraft engine maintenance in
accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and adapting them if
necessary
based on internal guidelines;
*Regularly inspecting and scheduling maintenance for machines and tools,
including the preparation and approval of precision instruments;
*Carrying out basic repairs on building installations, such as electricity,
plumbing, heating, and painting;
*Performing certain administrative tasks, such as preparing work requests;
*Guiding and supporting subcontractors on the shop floor;
*Reporting to the Maintenance Manager on completed repairs, maintenance
activities, and incidents.
Your profile:
*At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a production
environment;
*Basic knowledge of PLC systems;
*Strong electrical skills;
*Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to adapt quickly;
*Willingness to investigate issues thoroughly and a strong 'can-do' mindset;
*Experience with AutoCAD for drafting, reading, and editing is a strong plus;
*At minimum, a high school diploma in an electrical or mechanical field;
*Good communication skills in Dutch or French, with a basic knowledge of
English;
*Day shifts with flexible working hours.
