We are seeking a skilled Business Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have responsibility for conceptualizing new customer journeys and improving existing ones, using design thinking principles.
1. Your primary role will be to investigate data & research, organize additional market- &/or customer research if necessary, clearly clarify the purpose of the mission & target group, benchmark with other players (telecom & beyond), brainstorm ideas with your team about possible ways to shape your customer story create prototypes as quickly as possible that you continuously test and adjust with customers before delivering an MVP.
• You must be able to facilitate workshops where stakeholders can gain input & alignment
• Experience in dealing with complex challenges in a 'human-centered' way is essential.
• Design tools like Figma or Sketch should not pose any issues for you
