We are currently recruiting a Part-time (13h - 19h) Receptionist for one of our clients, a dynamic law firm located in the centre of Brussels.
Responsible for the daily planning of the meeting roomsResponsible for an impeccable state of the client areaWelcome clientsPrepare meeting roomsOrganise breakfast and/or lunch for meetings and seminarsBook taxi's, restaurants and hotelsMake copies and/or printouts for clientsModify flights and train ticketsHelp in the organisation of internal events
Dutch or French native or equivalent and Fluent in English and the other national languageExperience in a similar position (Receptionist, hostess...) in a corporate environementExperince in the hospitality sector is a plusVery good presentation and positive mindedReliable, result-oriented, service-minded, stress resistant and flexibleGood attention to detail and natural ability to work accurately and independentlyGood communication and organisational skillsExcellent knowledge on MS Office
