Job Description
To strengthen our Accounts team we are looking for a Shop Visit Support Officer, who will focus on:
•Preparing and providing administrative support for Jet Engine Shop Visits to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
•Collecting information from customers and subcontractors to enable efficient administrative follow-up of cases.
Job Requirements
Your profile:
-Education: a higher education degree bachelor/master in engineering with good economical affinity vice versa.
-Technical Knowledge: preferably a basic understanding aviation and of jet engines.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French, English.
-Planning and organizational abilities.
-Precise and methodical work style.
(a permanent Belgian visa and work permit is mandatory)

Your role:
Customer Communication
•Manage the exchange of administrative information with customers before, during, and after Jet Engine Shop Visits.
•Request and process necessary documentation for Jet Engine Shop Visits.
Administrative Case Management
•Ensure traceability of parts and prepare LLP sheets.
•Compile, archive, and share repair records.
•Create and update the Bill of Work (BOW) and provide inspection reports.
ERP & Logistics
•Set up projects in SAP and handle customer orders per contractual terms.
•Organize transport for engines, parts, and materials, including off-site repairs.
