Business analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join an HR-focused multidisciplinary team in a banking environment.

Work setup: Hybrid – Brussels, 50% on site.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, challenge, and consolidate needs and pain points from internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and IT experts to define product concepts, processes, and functional architecture.
• Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features under your responsibility.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and development team during feature refinement.
• Support business testing and user testing, including UAT preparation and coordination when required.
• Manage small changes, recurrent tasks, and incidents in collaboration with squad members and end-users.
• Continuously challenge and improve existing processes to enhance user experience, efficiency, and compliance.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for execution, support, incident resolution, and reporting activities.

Must-have requirements:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and functional analysis.
• Affinity with data analytics, data models, and reporting activities.
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary Agile-oriented environment.
• Fluent Dutch, French, and English, spoken and written.
