Hospitality Operations & Guest Experience.


Mission

Deliver flawless stays in luxury villas. Be the point of contact from booking to checkout and make issues disappear. Help grow Grahana’s brand awareness and unique value.


Responsibilities

* Day-to-day operations of luxury villas and guest services.
* Guest communications (pre-stay, in-stay, post-stay) across all channels.
* Coordinate check-ins/outs, transfers, and special requests.
* Inspections, service quality control, and pre-arrival QC. Uphold Grahana standards
* Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and suppliers; track tasks in the PMS.
* Set up amenities to brand standard; replenishment and inventory control.
* Log incidents, resolve tier-1 issues, and escalate effectively.
* Administrative and operational tasks (documentation, service sheets, bookings).
* Keep property guides, operational info, and SOPs up to date.
* Capture preferences; trigger upsells (private chef, wellness, local experiences)
* Close the loop post-stay: review requests and feedback actions.
* Represent the Grahana brand in every interaction (voice, aesthetics).
* Support local campaigns (vendor collabs, experiences, boutique micro-events in-villa).
* Feed Marketing with guest insights (FAQs, content ideas, upsell angles).


Tooling (you’ll use)

* PMS: Guesty (reservations, tasks, assignments).
* CRM: Zoho One
* Ops: Monday.com, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace.


Requirements (Must-haves)

* 2–3 years in hospitality, property management, or customer service.
* Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
* Driver’s license and own vehicle.
* Strong command of basic tools (email, spreadsheets, booking systems/PMS, CRM, phone/WhatsApp).
* Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong attention to detail.
* Full-time on-site in Marbella/Málaga; shift availability (evenings/weekends).


Plus (Nice-to-haves)

* Luxury/VIP or concierge experience.
* Local network of vendors/experiences.
* Light experience in social media, influencers, or boutique events.
