Level 2 Support Specialist
This role involves providing Level 2 onsite support to ensure optimal system uptime in dynamic operational settings.
* Provide technical assistance for installations, moves, adds, changes, and decommissioning (IMACD).
* Support standard software and OS applications including Windows 10 & 11.
* Offer hardware break/fix services including OEM warranty management.
* Assist with VPN setup and troubleshooting.
* Manage PC asset and configuration processes.
* Support end-user devices, printers, and mobility solutions.
About the Role

* 5+ years of experience as an IT Technician preferably in MSP or multi-client environments.
* Strong experience with MS 365 administration.
* Proficient in desktop OS applications including Windows 10 & 11.
* Active Directory expertise.
* Fluency in French, English, and Dutch language skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
* Able to work autonomously and take initiative without direct supervision.
