You are not just a consultant: you grow with us while making an impact for our clients.At Phinest, you’ll find the right balance between professional growth, meaningful projects, and a collaborative environment.Position: IT Project ManagerResponsabilities:Lead and ensure the successful execution of IT projects from initiation to closure (scope, planning, resources, risks, budget).Coordinate technical teams (developers, engineers, architects, etc.) and ensure resource availability.Develop and track a detailed project plan using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as needed.Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality IT solutions aligned with business requirements.Manage relationships with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, vendors, senior management).Implement effective risk management strategies to anticipate and resolve technical or organizational issues.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (technical specifications, progress reports, post-mortem analyses).Guide and mentor project team members in adopting best practices for IT project management.Skills and Qualifications:Master’s degree in Management or Business2 to 10 years of a proven experience in Project ManagementStrong leadership skills Strong interpersonal and organisational skillsAbility to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organisation where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneouslyAbility to communicate strategically with various stakeholder including a business audienceEffective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasksFlexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environmentProactivityAutonomyLanguages:Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English,Dutch is an assetWhat we offer:Our focus is to develop a long-term collaboration with our talented consultants.
