Functieomschrijving – Werkvoorbereider/Coördinator Maintenance Doel van de functie De Werkvoorbereider Maintenance zorgt voor een optimale technische voorbereiding, planning en opvolging van onderhoudswerkzaamheden binnen de fabriek. Hierdoor worden machinestilstanden tot een minimum beperkt en wordt de betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en efficiëntie van de installaties gegarandeerd. Kernverantwoordelijkheden 1. Voorbereiding van onderhoudswerken Analyseren en prioriteren van werkorders in overleg met productie en onderhoudsleiding. Voorbereiden van interventies: Opstellen/ beheren van werkpakketten Aanleveren van bestaande tekeningen, schema’s en technische documentatie Bepalen van materialen, onderdelen, gereedschappen en benodigde skills. Tijdsinschattingen maken en de juiste techniekers of aannemers toewijzen. 2. Planning & coördinatie op de werkvloer Opstellen van de dagelijkse en wekelijkse onderhoudsplanning. Afstemmen van interventies met productie om stilstanden optimaal te plannen. Bewaken van deadlines en opvolgen van de uitvoering op de werkvloer. Aansturen en coördineren van externe contractors binnen de fabriek. 3. Magazijn- en materiaalbeheer Bestellen van onderdelen, wisselstukken en verbruiksgoederen. Controleren van voorraadniveaus en tijdig aansturen van aanvulling. 4. Veiligheid en compliance (cruciaal in fabriek) Voorbereiden en beheren van werkvergunningen (Hot Work, Confined Space, LOTO, …). Actief deelnemen bij risicoanalyses (TRA, LMRA) voor geplande werken. Zorgen voor naleving van bedrijfs- en wettelijke veiligheidsnormen. Coördineren van wettelijke keuringen (elektrisch, hijs- en hefwerktuigen, drukvaten, …). 5. Rapportering & verbetering Registreren van interventies, stilstanden in het CMMS. Analyseren van storingen, trends en oorzaken. Meewerken en opvolgen van verbeterprojecten (TPM, OEE, Lean, 5S). Meewerken aan onderhoudsstrategieën zoals preventief en predictief onderhoud. Profiel Opleiding & ervaring Technische opleiding (elektromechanica, elektrotechnieken, industrieel onderhoud of gelijkwaardig). Minimum 2–3 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving (bij voorkeur chemie, voeding, farma, automotive, …). Ervaring met onderhoudssystemen (SAP PM, Ultimo, Maximo, Infor EAM, Mainti4 …). Kennis van machinepark, rotating equipment, conveyors, pompen, motoren en automatisatie (PLC). Competenties Sterk organisatie- en planningsvermogen. Analytische ingesteldheid en technische feeling. Stressbestendig en resultaatgericht. Sterke focus op veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid. Communicatief sterk in overleg met techniekers, operators, productie en leveranciers. Gemotiveerd om als team deel te nemen in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Plaats in de organisatie Rapporteert aan: Preventive Maintenance Manager. Werkt nauw samen met: techniekers, productieleiding, magazijn, engineering en externe contractors.
