Role & Responsibilities
* Design, build, and maintain robust data infrastructures and pipelines across multiple projects.
* Collaborate closely with data scientists, BI specialists, and other stakeholders to improve efficiency and scalability of data processing.
* Actively contribute to discussions around data capture strategies, KPIs, and metrics definition.
* Evaluate, select, and implement new data processing technologies, ensuring secure handling of highly sensitive data.
* Communicate proactively with project teams to support effective decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
* Mentor and support junior team members in their day-to-day activities.
* Manage multiple complex projects in parallel, demonstrating leadership, coaching, and ownership.
* Leverage enterprise data and knowledge to help clients evolve into insight-driven organisations, covering the full data lifecycle: data architecture, business intelligence, machine learning, data science, visualization, and reporting.
* Enable business growth for top-tier clients by delivering high-quality, data-driven solutions that create meaningful experiences for employees and customers.
* Apply your expertise to contribute to the successful delivery of client projects and long-term partnerships.
About You
* Master's degree in IT, (Business) Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent relevant technical experience.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in data processing and building analytical pipelines for large-scale data, relational databases, and data warehouse solutions.
* Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
* Experience with cloud platforms is a strong asset.
* Strong interest in both technology and business impact.
* Solid understanding of data modelling and data architecture principles.
* Client-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
* Flexible, agile, and enthusiastic about collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
* Analytical, critical thinker with a creative, out-of-the-box approach to problem solving.
* Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English.
