We are looking for a creative and data-driven Operations Designer to support our internal and external communication efforts.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with at least 4+ years of experience who combines strong visual design skills with analytical thinking. This professional will be responsible for creating structured design assets that support operations, marketing, and growth initiatives, while leveraging performance metrics to optimize content across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate understands how design impacts engagement, conversion, and brand positioning — and knows how to adapt content strategically based on data insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain design templates for presentations, reports, internal materials, and social media content
* Create high-quality layouts for digital and operational materials
* Design engaging posts and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
* Edit and produce short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, Linkedin, etc.)
* Support the creation of visual content for campaigns and operational initiatives
* understand social media metrics and performance reports to optimize creative outputs
* Understand and adapt content based on platform algorithms (Linkedin, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
* Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership teams to ensure consistency and strategic alignment
* Continuously test and iterate creative formats based on performance data
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in Design, Creative Operations, or similar roles
* Strong experience creating templates, presentations, and structured layouts
* Solid understanding of performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, CTR, retention, etc.)
* Knowledge of how major social media algorithms operate
* Experience editing short-form video content
* Proficiency in design and video tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, CapCut, or similar)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Nice to Have
* Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
* Basic knowledge of paid media performance
* Experience working closely with growth or performance teams
