Description You will analyze and evaluate fire risks for a variety of properties, from high-end family homes and apartments to commercial and industrial properties;
You prepare custom quotes, calculate premiums and coverage terms. You also negotiate terms and conditions with brokers and closely monitor quotes. Upon conclusion of a contract, you instruct the team for policy formatting and administrative processing;
You analyze inspection reports and assess which risks our client can accept in larger files in terms of the policy terms offered;
You manage a portfolio of existing contracts and monitor profitability;
You work closely with a network of brokers, building strong professional relationships and visiting them regularly to promote our client's products and explore joint growth opportunities;
You perform risk assessments on less complex properties and evaluate the situation on site, focusing on the activities performed, the quality of the buildings and the security measures in place;
Your profile Possesses a bachelor's or master's degree and has at least 5 years of experience in industrial fire risk assessment;
Speaks fluent Dutch and has a basic knowledge of French;
Has a commercial attitude and values providing excellent service;
Enjoys working independently, but can also function well within a small team;
