🚩Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on Scan-to-BIM projects, transforming laser scan data into accurate BIM models across various disciplines (Infrastructure).
🚩Responsibilities:
* Interpret and model from point cloud data using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar.
* Generate accurate and detailed BIM models (LOD 200–350) based on laser scans.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure modeling accuracy and consistency. Ensure deliverables meet project requirements in terms of geometry, level of detail, and data standards.
🚩Requirements:
* Engineer / Architect with BIM experience.
* Experience in Revit (Surface modeling, Toposolid, Wall, Floor, Roof, Component, basic family modeling).
* Solid understanding of construction processes and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Proven experience in Scan-to-BIM workflows. Familiarity with point cloud processing software (e.g., Navisworks, TruView, CloudCompare, etc.)
* Experience in Recap.
* Knowledge of BEP / EIR / CMR
* Language: Advanced English skills.
Desired entry date: second/third week of January 2026.
