Skills & Qualifications
6. Proven experience in leading technical teams, preferably in M365 or collaboration services.
7. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, OneDrive, etc.).
8. Familiarity with M365 administration, licensing, and security features.
9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
10. Experience with ITIL practices and service management tools.
11. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
