Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Lead a large team of Engineers to provide support for applications and network operational systems;
Look after the whole design, configuration, and maintenance of network landscape;
To be the final escalation point for a complex technical issues requiring advanced troubleshooting or inccidents;
Define and maintain SOPs to meet SLAs with internal and external stakeholders;
Align network and application strategies with architectural goals and industry standards;
Improve system reliability, security, and performance through process enhancements;
Prepare performance reports and drive continuous improvement in quality assurance.
The Successful Applicant
Job Requirements
Degree in Information Systems or relevant field;
AT LEAST 8 years or above of extensive network operational support and applications support experience;
Leadership experience is a MUST;
CCNP OR CCIE is a MUST;
Proficient in incident troubleshooting, fault identification, and isolation;
MUST be able to speak Cantonese;
