Job Responsibilities1、Provide pre-sales technical consultation for residential & C&I energy storage customers in the European region, and deliver professional product solutions.2、Perform after-sales installation, commissioning and troubleshooting to ensure efficient operation of equipment.3、Conduct regular customer follow-ups, collect feedback, and maintain good customer relationships.4、Record and analyze service cases to assist in product and service process optimization.
Job Requirements1、Familiar with the principles of residential and C&I energy storage equipment, with solid practical operation capabilities.2、Able to independently handle on-site technical issues with strong stress tolerance.3、Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, with English as working language.4、Good service awareness and team collaboration spirit.
