As Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
Administrative & Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth daily office operations, including handling mail, packages, reception emails, scheduling, and record-keeping. Act as the main point of contact for the building management and oversee office security (alarm, badges, etc.).
Financial Management: Manage budgets, process invoices, track expenses, and maintain relationships with vendors.
Facilities & Resources: Oversee office supplies, layout, and facilities. Coordinate maintenance and repairs, and support reception duties alongside the team.
Event Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings or events, manage communication, and handle catering requirements.
Policy & Compliance: Implement office policies, support office projects, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with one team member, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
* Previous professional experience as an Office Manager is a MUST
* Very good level of English and French, Dutch is a BIG plus!
* Ability to work well within and accross teams
* Strong people management skills
* Excellent organisational, time-management and multitaskings skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and when presenting
* Good analyticak abd reporting skills
