You will act as a trusted advisor, helping design and improve bdocument workflows, outbound communications, and CCM solutions /b that support the customer’s business. You will work closely with the customer, Xerox colleagues across EMEA, and external delivery teams to shape future workflows and recommend the best solutions Xerox can offer. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAdvise the customer on CCM and outbound communication solutions /li liDesign and improve document workflows and future‑state processes /li liRepresent Xerox in customer meetings and project discussions /li liWork with internal teams and external partners to support solution delivery /li liHelp translate business needs into practical technical solutions /li liSupport continuous improvement of Xerox’s digital services offering /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul li5+ years of relevant experience in software, solution design, or workflow architecture /li liExperience with document composition, document workflow, or CCM‑related platforms /li liStrong customer‑facing communication and consulting skills /li liAnalytical mindset with the ability to explain complex topics clearly /li liDutch and English are required; French is a plus /li liValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Belgium as needed /li /ul h3Why join us /h3 pYou will play a visible role with a strategic customer, helping shape Xerox solutions in a niche and evolving digital services space.
