About the Company
Nomo is an international next-gen CFD broker actively growing across LatAm, MENA, and SEA markets currently onboarding ~1,000 new clients per month. The product covers Forex, Stocks, Crypto, Indices, Synthetic Indices, and Commodities, available on MetaTrader 5 and Nomo's own proprietary trading platform. The company's goal is to scale to 150,000+ clients over the next three years.
Role Overview
The Head of Sales owns the full Lead → FTD funnel across all acquisition channels (paid media, affiliates, IBs, in-app). This is one of the most impact-critical roles in the company, sitting at the intersection of marketing, call centres, CRM, analytics, and payments. Reporting directly to CEO.
Key Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end Lead → FTD conversion across all channels and drive FTD volume, conversion rate, CAC efficiency, and sales productivity
* Build, scale, and optimize sales and retention teams across regions (starting with LatAm, then MENA, SEA, and beyond)
* Manage internal and outsourced call centres: quality, SLA, operational metrics, and capacity planning
* Gradually internalize call centre functions from external partners in-house
* Manage the sales pipeline in CRM: stages, routing, and automation; ensure clean handoff from Sales to Retention
* Develop and improve sales scripts, training processes, and QA (through dedicated QA/training team)
* Own and develop the call centre tech stack: CRM, auto-dialer, telephony, AI quality control platforms; set technical requirements for the dev team
* Hire and develop regional managers (LatAm — Spanish, MENA — Arabic, SEA — Thai/Malay etc.), each speaking English
* Partner closely with Marketing, Payments, and Retention teams; build a performance-driven sales culture
Requirements
* 5+ years in sales leadership within CFD / Forex / fintech / iGaming (strict requirement — broker niche experience only)
* Proven track record managing call centres (in-house and/or outsourced)
* Deep hands-on understanding of lead funnels, phone sales conversion mechanics
* Hands-on experience with call centre tech stack: telephony, auto-dialer, AI QC platforms
* Experience building and managing multi-regional teams
* English B2+ (mandatory for managing regional teams)
