What you will do Together with the Partner of CFO Advisory and the other directors you will actively contribute in practice development, business development with a continuous focus on innovative solution offering as well as people-development initiatives.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with the broader CFO Advisory strategy, including developing sales pipeline.
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact and advisor to our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of consulting services.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and direction to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Technology Integration: Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge financial technologies and systems to enhance financial reporting, analytics, and automation.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate with client stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and KPIs, and work collaboratively to meet project milestones and deliverables.
Finance Transformation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive finance transformation strategies tailored to each client\'s unique needs, aligning financial processes with their strategic goals.
