Your mission

You will be responsible for the quality and compliance of the equipment fleet across our network in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will directly manage a team of 7 people (Technical Managers, Purchasing, IT/Telecom, Technical Expert, Facilities, Safety) and coordinate the operations of the workshops in our branches, with a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction.

1. Technical Management of Workshops
* Monitor workshop activity and productivity (preparation quality, maintenance, repairs, regulatory checks)
* Define and supervise maintenance budgets for branches. Negotiate with local suppliers
* Ensure compliance with Group quality processes through regular visits and inspections
* Monitor workshop performance indicators and implement corrective actions
* Provide or organize technical support for branches that require it
2. Equipment Fleet Management
* Collect needs and propose equipment renewal and decommissioning plans. Follow up on orders and deployment of new machines
* Optimize the allocation of equipment to improve utilization rates
3. Technical Staff
* Make recommendations regarding branch staffing needs. Evaluate candidates. Onboard and train new hires on products and tools
* Assess team skills and contribute to the implementation of ongoing technical training
4. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
* Roll out the Group’s HSE policy and ensure its implementation on-site
* Implement continuous improvement actions
5. Facility Management
* Ensure compliance and safety of infrastructures
* Propose necessary work and monitor its progress through to completion
6. Telecom & IT
* Manage the IT infrastructure
* Oversee telecom operations (operations, service providers, hardware purchasing)
* Train users and roll out digital tools.
Your profile
* Higher technical education (ideally in maintenance, electromechanics, construction or equivalent)
* Significant experience in a similar role, including management of multi-site teams
* Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, HSE regulations, and budget management
* Leadership, rigor, service-oriented mindset, analytical and decision-making skills.
