Your ImpactGuiding clients from Strategy to Execution within the Plan to Produce domain, ensuring alignment between business goals and SAP capabilities.Understanding the commercial and operational context in which the customer operates, including material planning, production planning & scheduling, manufacturing execution andquality management.Defining target operating models for production and supply chain processes in collaboration with key stakeholders, covering areas such as ETO (Engineer-to-order), standard manufacturing and integrated planning.Translating business needs into SAP requirements, covering areas such as PP(Production Planning) and integration with other domains such as QM (Quality Management), MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution).Delivering project outcomes including process analysis, SAP configuration, data migration, testing and cutover activities specific to Plan to Produce.Managing change and adoption by supporting users through the transition to new production and planning processes in SAP S/4HANA.Enabling business agility by proposing fit-for-purpose solutions quickly and effectively.About youYou are passionate about SAP and excel at transforming complex requirements into tailored, value-adding SAP solutions. You hold relevant SAP certifications (e.G. S/4HANA, SAP Activate) or demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the SAP ecosystem. You have a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience and successfully delivered 2 to 3 end-to-end SAP projects.You have proven experience in leading teams, mentoring colleagues or taking initiative in process improvement and innovation projects. You are a strong communicator, able to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levelsand you thrive in client-facing consulting environments. You demonstrate excellent teamwork, analytical thinking, coordinationand interpersonal skills. You quickly understand customer context, analyse challenges and evaluate approaches to narrow down the solution space. You have hands-on experience with project management methodologies (such as Agile or PMI) and you are comfortable delivering end-to-end SAP projects, including risk management and change adoption. You bring deep business acumen and industry knowledge, especially in processes relevant to source to Pay and can translate business strategy into SAP solutions. You are enthusiastic about digital transformation, innovation and leveraging new SAP technologies (e.G., SAP BTP, Fiori, automation, AI). You have a track record of driving change, leading workshops and supporting users through transitions to new SAP processes and systems. You align with PwC’s values of integrity, collaboration and a growth mindset.You actively contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French. You possess a degree in IT (management), informatics, civil or business engineering, mathematics, (applied) economics or business studies. You are ready for occasional travel.
