Test & Qualification Engineer (ASIC)

Overview
Define the ASIC Qualification strategy, organize and drive the execution. Make the Qualification report.
The assignment
* Prepare the Qualification plan
* Coordinate the execution with our client's suppliers
* Be the interface with the supplier, Test House and the customer
* Create report and presentations to the customer
* Write the Qualification report
Required knowledge and skills
* Qualification Strategy, Mission profile
* Knowledge of the main Qualification Standards (ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD22, JESD47, MIL-STD-883)
* Knowledge of ASIC testing concepts
* Knowledge of Radiation tests (total ionizing dose (TID) and single event effects (SEE) radiation tests)
* Knowledge on statistical analysis and process capability analysis
