Your role Lead, train, and support the store team Ensure smooth daily operations and a positive working environment Deliver a simple, attentive, and consistent customer experience Monitor KPIs and implement improvement actions Maintain merchandising standards and store presentation Oversee stock levels, deliveries, and internal processes Communicate with head office and share field insights Profile Proven experience in retail team management Strong sense of service, reliability, and team vision Organized, autonomous, and detail oriented Interest in responsible fashion and VEJA’s mission English required
