Excellent work-life balance thanks to the 4/4 shift system: Work 4 days (10 hours/day), followed by 4 days off. Be prepared to work across various shifts, including: 6:00-16:00, 7:00-17:00, 8:00-18:00, 10:00-20:00, 12:00-22:00, 14:00-00:00, 15:00-01:00 and 16:00-02:00.
