YOUR TASKS
At the reception
* You are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay
* You are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-out
* Besides for our guests, you're also the first point of contact for all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians
* You respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activities
* You handle the operational and administrative tasks like invoicing, answering to e-mails and online requests
* You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one
* You're flexible and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the job
* You work in great in a team and are not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and then
At the bar
* You act as a host, creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing great service to our guests
* You are responsible for taking orders, preparing and serving drinks (cocktails, long drinks, hot drinks) as well as snacks
* You keep the bar area organized, stocked and clean
* You provide guidance for all questions, wishes and problems
YOUR PROFILE
* You are outgoing and approachable, enjoying the buzz of a lively environment and welcoming guests with a smile
* You are a people person, making guests feel at home and creating memorable first impressions
* You are a team player, ready to support colleagues and keep things running smoothly
* You are flexible and adventurous, happy to switch between reception and bar duties as needed
* You are fluent in French and English (solid B1-B2 level), any other language is an advantage
* You are available to work on the weekends, public holidays, day and night shifts
