About the Role
We are looking for a Global Logistics Specialist to support the delivery of a strategic global project: the implementation of a new digital order acquisition tool for shipping requests currently managed outside SAP.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive end-to-end project execution: planning, risk and issue management, governance, and delivery.
* Coordinate cross-functional workstreams: process, IT/digital, data, and change management.
* Translate operational logistics needs into clear functional and digital requirements.
* Act as the main interface between Operations, IT teams, and external logistics vendors.
* Manage project reporting and governance: KPIs, stage gates, status updates, and stakeholder communication.
* Support testing and deployment activities: UAT, go-live preparation, hypercare, and transition to run/operations.
Profile & Experience
* 3–5+ years of relevant experience in logistics and/or supply chain, with project management exposure.
Must-Have Skills & Competencies
* Strong project management discipline (planning, risk management, governance, delivery).
* Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain flows (inbound, outbound, distribution, transport, etc.).
* Ability to translate operational needs into digital/IT requirements.
* Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
* High level of autonomy, structured way of working, and ability to operate in an international environment.
* Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
Ideal Candidate
You are a proactive and structured Project Manager / Project Specialist who is comfortable moving between strategic objectives and operational detail. You can manage ambiguity, drive execution, and support change adoption within global logistics operations.
Nice to Have
* Experience in pharma or healthcare logistics is better.
* Knowledge of LEAN management and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Experience with digital transformation projects (tools, platforms, or process digitalization).
