About the Role
We're seeking a Visual Content Designer to join our team at Indeep Artificial Intelligence (IAI), creators of cutting-edge AI-powered solutions including Typewiser, our grant writing software. Reporting directly to the Marketing Communications Manager, you'll be responsible for bringing our brand to life across all visual touchpoints - but this isn't your typical design position.
We need someone with a strong startup attitude: sharp problem-solving skills, the ability to manage priorities and deliverables autonomously without rigid timeframes, and the capacity to handle diverse task assignments. If you thrive in ambiguity, move fast without sacrificing quality, and can pivot when priorities shift, you're exactly who we're looking for. This role is for someone energised by wearing multiple hats and making an impact without needing a detailed playbook. You should be equally comfortable with traditional design tools and AI generation platforms, using both to rapidly produce high-quality visual content. Key Responsibilities
* Create compelling visual content for social media, website, marketing campaigns, and brand materials.
* Produce professional social media videos.
* Production and post-production of video interviews.
* Develop software demo videos, instructional video content, and commercial product demonstrations.
* Build and evolve our social media presence under the guidance of the Marketing Communication Manager.
* Design weekly assets for digital platforms and monthly major deliverables such as commercial demos.
* Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
* Leverage both traditional graphic design tools and AI generation platforms to maximise output quality and speed.
* Collaborate closely with the Lead Generation Specialist to align visual content with strategic goals.
* Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into compelling visuals.
* Stay current on design trends, AI generation capabilities, and emerging visual content formats.
Qualifications
Required
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or related fields.
* C1-level proficiency in English.
* Strong portfolio across graphic design, photography, social media content, and video.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
* Consolidated experience in photo and video shooting, usage of natural and artificial lights.
* Experience with AI generation tools for creating and enhancing visual content.
* Ability to rapidly produce high-quality content by blending traditional and AI-powered workflows.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment and understand the specific challenges of early-stage companies.
Preferred
* Experience in web design.
* Experience with Figma or other collaborative design tools.
* Familiarity with SaaS product marketing and demo video creation.
* Experience building social media presence from the ground up.
* Working proficiency in other EU languages.
