We’re helping a global renowned commercial vehicle brand, searching for a Country Sales Manager in Belgium.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the annual sales plan for the assigned sales region in line with the company's overall business objectives.
2. Formulate and adjust sales strategies based on market competition, design promotional campaigns, and achieve sales targets.
3. Develop competitive distributor policies, manage and motivate distributors to meet annual sales goals.
4. Drive key account sales to increase their contribution to overall revenue.
5. Recruit general agents or distributors and promote showroom construction in accordance with network expansion plans and development standards.
Requirements:
1. Strong willingness to engage in international business and commit to overseas operations.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
3. Background in marketing or related fields is preferred.
4. Cross-cultural communication skills, proficiency in English for daily work; additional language skills are a plus.
5. Willingness to travel or be stationed overseas long-term, highly motivated, resilient, and adaptable to pressure.
